Dornier Wine Estate is situated at the foot of the Stellenbosch mountain and is comprised of three different farms: Groenkloof, Heldemeer, and Stellenrust.

The Dornier Wine Estate winery is in the upper Blaauwklippen valley, and the estate has an A rating with WIETA, a sustainable ethical trade programme. Vines planted at Dornier include Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah.
Wines produced include Malbec, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Tempranillo, Pinot Grigio, Merlot, Tinta Barocca, Rosé, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage, Semillon, and selected blends.
The estate’s tasting facility is located adjacent to the wine cellar and offers visitors panoramic views of the mountain. The tasting room is open from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Sunday. A range of tasting options are offered, as well as cheese and/or charcuterie boards. Cellar tours are available Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 4pm, and booking is essential.
