Waterford Estate is owned by the Ord family, who seek to combine old world charm with innovation in the wines that are produced, with Cabernet Sauvignon as their cornerstone in addition to drought-resistant Mediterranean varietals. Their wines have gone on to achieve five-star ratings.
Wines produced include Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Grenache, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Blanc de Blancs Cap Classique, Rosé, and selected blends.
Waterford Estate is available for events and venue hire, lunches and dinner, and offers a range of events such as food-and-wine pairings, dinners, live music, and more. The estate’s standard hours are Mondays to Sundays, 10am to 5pm, with summer operating hours running from Mondays to Sundays, 10am to 7pm, and Sundays from10am to 5pm. The restaurant’s operating hours are Tuesdays to Sundays, from 11.30am to 3pm and 4pm to 6pm.
