A self-taught winemaker, Stark-Condé cellarmaster José Conde has gained renown with multiple award-winning Cabernets. Production is limited, often to single-vineyard wines.
Wines produced include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and selected blends.
Stark-Condé offers wine tastings that include a variety of pairings, with mixed nuts, still/sparkling water, and a selection of soft drinks available. Dining is available at the Postcard Café, with accommodation offered at the Three Pines cottages. Booking is advisable.
