Set against the backdrop of the Jonkershoek valley mountains, Lanzerac is the third-oldest wine farm in the area, dating back to 1692. Originally named Schoongezicht (beautiful view), its name was changed to Lanzerac by then-owner Elizabeth Catherina ‘Kitty” English. The farm has a long history of producing award-winning wines and is also the site of a five-star hotel.

Wine tasting and wine experiences are offered in the Lanzerac Tasting Room & Deli, which is open seven days a week and offers guests a selection of tailor-made tastings for individuals and groups. Daily cellar tours are also available.

Assorted wine ranges are available, including Cinsaut, Semillon, Pinot Blanc, Malbec, Pinotage Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage, and Cap Classique Blanc de Blancs Brut. Lanzerac offers a range of amenities, including a spa, estate dining and bars, and a venue for conferencing and events.
