A secluded farm surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, almond orchards and natural vegetation, Hidden Valley Wines boasts a state-of-the art cellar to produce award-winning wines and works with nature by applying sustainable agricultural practices.
Wines produced include Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Rosé, Brut, Brut Rosé, and selected blends.
Wine tasting is available by appointment. In addition to a nature walk that is available a seven days a week, from 10am to 5pm, visitors can enjoy burgers and wood-fired pizza at The Deck, a floating eatery, Monday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm, and booking is advised at the winery’s The Terrace restaurant. Luxury accommodation is offered at The Bush Lodge.
