Situated 20km from Cape Town, Klein Roosboom is a boutique winery that offers tasting experiences in cosy ‘tasting caves’ set up in repurposed wine fermentation tanks.

A family-owned estate, Klein Roosboom has a 300-year history intrinsically linked with the French Huguenots who settled in the region.
Wines produced include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Rosé, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Brut.
Wine tastings are offered Tuesdays to Sundays, 10am to 4.30pm, with the last tasting and bottle service at 4pm. The estate’s Jéan Restaurant operates Tuesdays to Fridays, from 9am to 4pm; Saturdays from 8.30am to 4pm; and Sundays from 9am to 4pm. The kitchen closes at 3.30pm on all days.
