A boutique wine cellar, High Constantia has a long history of winemaking in the region.

The farm High Constantia dates to 1693 and was initially part of the farm Wittebomen and was a popular stopover point on the route between Cape Town and Simon’s Town.
Wines produced include Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Muscat de Frontignan, Sauvignon Blanc, Methode Cap Classique, and selected blends. An extra virgin olive oil is also produced.
Operating hours are Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 2.30pm. High Constantia is closed on Sundays. Bookings for groups of more than six people are advised.
