Constantia Uitsig strives towards green farming practices to produce their wines as naturally as possible. Their winery is a state-of-the-art, 300-ton facility boasting sleek glass aesthetics to take full advantage of natural light.

Constantia Uitsig not only aims for a holistic approach to farm naturally but invests in the environment by providing spaces for birds and wildlife. Part of their vision incudes a nursery to assist with the rehabilitation and restoration of indigenous vegetation lost due to centuries of farming.
Wines produced include Chardonnay, Rosé, Mensis XII Cap Classique, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and select blends.
Wine tastings are open to the public, but bookings are recommended. These are available from Tuesdays to Sundays. Visitors can also enjoy experiences at Constantia Uitsig, such as a wine shop, fine dining, heritage gardens, a bike park, artisanal ice cream, and café and deli treats.
