Delheim

With a history spanning more than seven decades, Delheim aims to strike a balance between sustainable farming practises and conservation. The 375ha family farm, owned by the Sperling family, is situated on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountain, where it offers a range of events that include mushroom collecting, tastings, and a harvest festival.

Wines produced include Pinotage, Pinotage Rosé, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Late Harvest, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and selected blends.

Wine tastings, food-and-wine pairings, and sales take place daily, from 9am to 5pm. Booking advisable for groups larger than 15. Meals are served at The Garden Restaurant, and booking ahead is recommended. Hiking enthusiasts can take advantage of the estate’s nature trails.
