All Olifantsberg Vineyards’ wine is made on the farm in a solar-powered winery that includes a water treatment facility, putting the environment first. The farm is under the management of husband-and-wife team Elizma and Ferdi Visser.
Wines produced include Roussane, Grenache Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Syrah, Grenache Noir, Carignan, Pinotage, Rosé, and selected blends.
