Since 2000, the vineyards have been pesticide free, and cattle were introduced in 2017 to enhance soil health while grazing. In 2023, Hartenberg was named a World Wildlife Fund Conservation champion for its regenerative viticulture and preservation of critically endangered ecosystems.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Wines produced include Chardonnay, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Riesling, Riesling Noble Late Harvest, Rosé, and selected blends.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Visitors can enjoy guided wine tastings, explore Hartenberg’s underground cellar, or enjoy seasonal lunches from Wednesday to Sunday.
