This privately owned winery was established in 1997 and focuses on sustainable, traditional methods largely relying on natural rainfall.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Wines produced include Chenin Blanc, Cinsaut, Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage, Malbec, Brut, Method Cap Classique, assorted de-alcoholised wines, jerepigo, boxed wine, and selected blends.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>In addition to offering wine tastings, Darling Cellars’ tasting room also offers light meals, and there is an outdoor children’s play area. The tasting room is pet-friendly – dogs on leashes are allowed. Opening hours are Mondays to Thursdays, 9am to 5pm; Fridays 9am to4pm; Saturdays 10am to 3pm; and public holidays from 10am to 3pm. Darling Cellars is closed on Sundays, December 25, January 1, and Easter Friday.
