The cellar’s wines have won numerous awards over the years.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Wines produced include Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Special Late Harvest, Muscadel, Cape Ruby, Hanepoot, Brut, selected blends, and boxed wines. Various flavours of gin are also produced, as well as assorted grape juices.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Visitors to the cellar can enjoy wine and gin tastings, as well as pairings, and harvest platters are available (bookings advised of groups larger than eight). Operating hours are Mondays to Fridays, from 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. De Wets Cellar is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
